Produced with high purity quartz sand as raw material, melting in single resistance or multiple resistance furnace and process shaped.
This quartz glass has preferable rode-resistant feature, mainly apply in many dicky acid environment, High voltage electric and High temperature occasion, famous as big sizes.

 

 

Currently our factory produce different lengths Opaque quartz glass as tube, crucible, cone-shaped tube, square fireside, chemical reactor, quartz hammering block etc. Widely apply to metallurgy, Chemical, concrete, national defenced industry. Especially good in electrostatic dust catcher. Beside the standard length products, we also accept O.E.M products. The highest used temperature : Little Used : 1000 !, Long playing used : 800 !, heat stability 800! - 20!, quick cold and quick heat more than 10 times
